We are collaborating with Friday Architects, a Philadelphia-based planning and architecture firm with four decades of experience in innovative design services.

Leading our renovation projects is Eugene Lefevre, who represents the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia on the Reading Terminal Market board of directors. Grounded in architectural design with a degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Gene has a 25-year track record in renovating and revitalizing historic buildings in Philadelphia including Mellon Independence Center, the Cosmopolitan Apartments and the Morris House Hotel.
